Our organic varieties are USDA certified organic. All of our tortillas are made without GMO ingredients or preservatives.

Explore all FAQsHow should I store my tortillas?
Keep them refrigerated or frozen. Our tortillas contain zero preservatives. Enjoy them within the first week for the best experience; they can keep for up to 21 days refrigerated. Freeze them if you plan to enjoy them later.
What is the best way to warm them?
Warm gently in a skillet or microwave, or lightly char over a gas burner. Avoid overheating, which can dry them out. See Heating & Care
Do you have no-seed-oil options?
Yes. Our Tallow Unbleached White tortillas are made without seed oils. Tallow Spelt and Avocado Oil Unbleached White are coming soon.
Are all varieties certified organic?
Our varieties labeled organic are USDA certified organic. Check the individual package for certification and ingredients. All our tortillas are made without GMO ingredients. USDA Organic standards prohibit GMO ingredients.
